How can I see an instrument?
Contact Kurt to discuss current or future instrument availability. Musicians are encouraged to visit his shop in Belmont, NC (about 15 miles west of Charlotte) to view instruments. If you do not live locally, an instrument can be shipped for trial.
What is the shipping procedure?
Kurt provides shipment by Federal Express for a one-week trial. If you decide to return the instrument, you are required to pay return in-kind shipping and insurance charges.
Are there options for payment and financing?
Terms are personalized and flexible. Kurt works with every client in order for you to purchase the instrument you want.
How do I obtain documentation for insurance?
Instrument purchase includes an insurance statement. Periodically thereafter, you may wish to contact Kurt for insurance letter updates.
